goodmorning sunshine =D

A cabbage patch kid? Hmm.

1. requires extra attention? checked
2. requires tender loving care? checked
3. soft, fine, heavenly-smelling hair? checked
4. twinkling eyes: checked
5. the all's-well-with-the-world smile? checked
6. cabbage patch facial symmetry? checked
7. special delivery stork plus "ready for adoption' that comes with adoption papers and birth certificate? definitely an X.

lights off

"..happy birthday happy birthdaaaay, haaappy birthday to yooouuuu..!." (blows the candle off then claps) -- the song kids sang, back in the old days, especially us probinsyanos, when the lights return after a blackout.

I love blackouts, particularly at night ( i wouldn't be enjoying it unless it's this seldom, otherwise it can be pretty interrupting.) People conversing face to face, joking about fun experiences, telling scary stories, little boys scaring little girls, playing silly games, or just plain enjoying the still of the silence, these are a few reasons why. Routine modern life gets stripped-naked and is made uncomplicated even for a short while.

wanna join? come waste your time with me. ;)

no pokerface

Yes, she's dressed in "kumot" or what we call blanket, and yes, she's playing cards. For the blanket, she was wearing this long before i got into her house. Flashback: I remember how my cousins and I used to get all the newly-washed blankets from our lola inang's cabinet to make ooh la la gowns for our so-called fantasy pageants when we used to be kiddos.

I thought i'd be seeing her play with dolls, i thought wrong, tsk. For a short while, we played unggoy-ungguyan, (i don't know how to play poker.boo--well there's always a first time). Letting her win makes me laugh (secretly in my mind). :p

Why so serious?

Meet Bradagul (left) and Mickey mouse (right) just posing for their big AHHHH! Looks like two pups are ready for a trip to a dentist or maybe to an anything-edible-can-do-or-the-heck-if-it's-not paradise.

p.s. Myka you'd better be ready for their tooth fairies.

so what's yours?

And he is snug as a bug in a rug zzzz. Oh well, we all have this eccentric sleeping position only a few people know (shhhh.).

p.s. So what's your favorite position? :P

the ice cream girl

One click, and voilĂ ! a thousand words. Two kids. One four-year-old. One two-year-old. Talk about sharing. (*sigh) What a sight. Looks like this phone's gonna have to be stitched in my hands for those precious moments.

p.s. Distracted by my finger? :P

litol one

adorable one =). This pic is a stress-reliever, well at least, for me. After raiding my sanctuary and forcing my stuffed toys to migrate to her so-called "better place", this kiddo managed to pose innocently in another room in a jiffy.

p.s. beware.tsk

breath of luuuuuhv

Finally. I've convinced myself to pack my crazy mind in my suitcase and bring it down here. =)

The picture above was taken today, my 23teenth birthday. Those hearts in the picture were made last night, using red spray paint. Had a good laugh after hearing my mom shriek after seeing me
spread love in my room.

Thanks to http://colormekatie.blogspot.com for the wonderful idea.
